• This is an electronic Cancellation and Return Policy and does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature. This Cancellation and Return Policy is subject to change whenever required without any notifications. To make sure you are aware of any changes or updates, visit this Cancellation and Return Policy page periodically. Please read this Cancellation and Return Policy in regard to product cancellation and its return policies. If you do not agree then please do not use or access this website. 

• After having placed a confirmed order, customers may cancel their order only if the confirmed order has not been dispatched yet. Our confirmed orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. Thus a confirmed order's cancellation will be accepted (only on specific products) within 12 hours after it's been placed. However, if it happens that we received a cancellation request after 12 hours of the confirmed product, we charge a minimum cancellation fee of 5% of the total order payment and return the balance amount to the customer through the digital transaction. ​

• We do not accept cancellations on the order already dispatched from our warehouse.
