AMRAPALI (Society for ARTS) releases its #handbook for the 4th CHIMERA 2019 with all the guidelines for its 30+ competitions happening across different venues in #Guwahati. CHIMERA is the biggest event for #students and this year the registration is open for students from Nursery to Masters Degree level.
This mega event will continue for 8 days throughout the month of November and will celebrate its grand finale 'Cultural Extravaganza & Prize Distribution Ceremony' on November 30th at the District Library, Guwahati from 6 pm.
