Shipping and Delivery

  • SHIPPING OF ORDERS: We normally ship all orders within 1-2 business days except for a few specifics. Final transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order and are different for different domestic locations and international delivery. The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. AMRAPALI (Society for ARTS) www.amrapalisociety.org reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. ​As most of the products that we deal in are handmade and handcrafted, if in any case, your confirmed product is in the making we request you to kindly give us preparation time for it. If anything as such occurs, we will contact you directly and update you. We certainly will take care of your favourite to reach you well within your expected reach and time.

  • SHIPPING INFORMATION: The information that is received at the time of order is considered as the confirmed shipping address. However, the customer has the option to change the shipping address within 12 hours of placing an order. After 12 hours of the confirmed order, no change in shipping address shall be entertained as the order will go for packing and shipment. Further, if any such emergency arises in changing the shipping address, kindly call us at +91 - 967 888 6032. If in any case the product is not packed yet, then we will definitely try to consider the new shipping address after receipt of confirmation of the different shipping addresses via email from the customer.

  • SHIPMENT/DELIVERY TIME: The shipment/delivery time changes for each product. Once the product is shipped from our store, the customers are intimated via email along with the AWB (Air Way Bill) number that mentions the courier service along with the order number for tracking the shipped order. The tracking of orders can be done from our TRACK YOUR ORDER page. AMRAPALI (Society for ARTS) www.amrapalisociety.org shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods due to reasons like floods, fire, wars, natural calamities, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of AMRAPALI (Society for ARTS) www.amrapalisociety.org . The AMRAPALI (Society for ARTS) www.amrapalisociety.org  shall not be responsible for any damage caused during the transit of the order.

  • DELIVERY OF ORDERS: Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person-specific. Octroi charges may be levied on a few destinations in India. These charges are non-refundable and shall be borne by the customer at the time of delivery of the order. In the event of cancellation or return of the confirmed order, the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded.

  • NON-DELIVERY OF ORDERS: In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake made by the customer like the wrong name, address or contact number, any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the customer placing the order.

 

  • SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA: A shipping charge of Rs. 99/500 gm is levied on all products for shipping within India, except in some locations if mentioned by the courier service. Shipping within India is free for orders above Rs. 2999/-. Regular orders below the specified amount are calculated with the shipping rates depending on the product weight and different locations and States.
